I just started running this past month, and it has been quite an unexpected journey for me. I normally would strongly dislike the idea of running at all. However, I came to a beautiful realization about what I was truly missing in my life. It isn’t about speed or competition; rather, it is about embracing the life all around me during those moments. The mental clarity and peace I would experience from running free through the open spaces were simply eye-opening.
