What do you think of when you see bright blush toes and golden light paint the sky? Let me change that question, who do you think of? Skies hold our feelings. They hold memories. Fun fact about me: I love to travel. I also didn’t think I would travel as much as I do. I get to visit my bestest friends all over the country. Coast to coast. I miss them so much it hurts sometimes. I look up to the sky and I know I am seeing the same sky as them. I look at the stars and the moon, and I know they have seen the same night sky as me. These next few paintings of the Notes to the Sky collection is an ode to the near and far friends that I take with my everywhere I go. They have a special place in my heart that I will never let go.
