Bandon feels as though the golf course emerged rom the land. Native grasses sway across rolling dunes, sandy ridgelines sift with the coastal breeze and every hole feels connected to the rugged beauty of the Pacific Ocean beyond.
As I painted this piece, I was drawn to the movement within the landscape. The way the dunes seem alive. Constantly changing with light, possible fog, wind. The soft curves of sand create a sense of rhythm and freedom that feels like Noah Kahan’s music.
